Waste Exchange Programs

The following by-products are currently available in the GEM Waste Exchange Program:

• Alum at 25 to 30 locations around the US.  Clay based available in 40 to 400 ton shipments.  Contact GEM Benicia at 707-752-6055
• 3 to 4 drums of Diethylene Glycol. It is virgin material, off color but meets all other specs.  Contact john.freeman@go-gem.com
• Hydrofluoric acid 5-49% in drums.  Contact mindy.rath@go-gem.com
• Buffered Oxide Etch (30-35% ammonium fluoride and approximately 5% hydrofluoric acid). Contact mindy.rath@go-gem.com
